2007 Power Rankings
Hey hey. At least a couple of you out there seem to be interested in what I dig in the realms of gaming and music, so I thought I'd do occasional updates to let you know what's grabbed me so far this year. Speaking of music recommendations, here's one for you: Duke Special.
I originally encountered him this time last year while he was supporting Dav Ford on tour, and was able to see him again on how own tour last night.
Very good singer song writer, and the best part? He's got a free downloadable e.p. available from his website www.dukespecial.com at this very point in time.
Certainly worth a look if you like quirky, dreadlocked, northern-irish singer-songwriters.
Oddly enough, I actually downloaded his last album a couple days ago based on his domination of your last.fm weekly chart (also, I remembered him being mentioned or doing backup vocals on one of the Ford bootlegs).
I haven't listened yet, but I'll certainly get to it soon. Thanks for the rec, Parky.
Wario Ware for the Wii is simply fantastic. I love playing darts.
