Sorry for the caps, but I'm pumped up right now. As you may know, I agreed last week to become a paid staff member of Static Multimedia, and one of my duties is to contact game publishers to obtain review copies of games. I sent out maybe a dozen e-mails and had only recieved two replies to date: Majesco said they couldn't do anything for us at this time, and the Nintendo rep is still setting things up and hasn't given me an answer.
Just checked my Static e-mail, and Mike said that a game arrived for me today. 2K games sent me The Da Vinci Code for PlayStation 2! Success! Now, I hear the game isn't so hot, but the fact that I was able to come through and get us a game in my first week of work is just incredible. I was feeling bummed and like I wasn't making any progress, but man... awesome.
Wrote a review of SSX On Tour for PSP today for Static; should be up later tonight. Also, Mike said he picked up Daxter for PSP for me to review. I should see that and DVC later this week.
